Based in the Fareham area, your main duties will involve visiting retail stores on a regular basis to discuss sales performance against target and agreed actions. Reviewing all reports on cash, cycle counts, budgets etc to ensure they are within agreed guidelines. You will be responsible for dealing with all staffing issues including recruitment, disciplinaries and conducting appraisals and reviews, as well as ensuring a high standard of customer service is applied in all stores and motivating staff to provide the best.

The ideal candidate will have:
Proven track records in both sales and people management
Coaching and staff development
JOE/Winshop net knowledge

And the following essential skills:
Ability to work on own initiative in addition to being a sound team player
Ability to see the broader picture at all times
Methodical approach to problem solving and ability to multi-task
High standard of numerical skills
PC literate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
