Are you a customer focused and career orientated tradesperson, who is interested in working for a progressive, service orientated Company?
With the appropriate City and Guilds, or equivalent trade qualification, combined with knowledge of general building and construction, you will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills whilst carrying out repair work to the stock managed by Ashfield Homes.
A friendly and positive outlook is also essential for all posts mentioned below, along with experience of dealing with the public and other agencies and a full valid driving licence.

We now have an interesting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to join our Finance section, to help provide an excellent support service to our business and to our customers.
Based at our Head Office, your excellent knowledge of the functionality and accurate maintenance of the Purchase and Sales Ledger and generic finance support will be crucial.
In this important role, you will ensure all payments, invoices and expenses are processed correctly and within the correct accounting period. In addition, you will liaise with suppliers/customers concerning invoice queries and, as necessary, take remedial action on outstanding debtors.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a minimum of 3 GCSE's including Maths and English (Grade A-C), or equivalent, you will have excellent knowledge of Financial Management Systems and Microsoft Office based packages and have well developed interpersonal and customer care skills and be committed to providing high-quality customer service.
