CLIC Sargent is developing a brand new online recruitment platform that will streamline our recruitment process, increase cost efficiency and enable the organisation to attract high calibre candidates. We are looking for an individual to work closely with the HR team and our external e-recruitment provider to establish e-recruitment at CLIC Sargent.
What does it involve?
Mapping CLIC Sargent’s recruitment and selection process and providing accurate information on this to our e-recruitment provider
Researching other national organisations’ approaches to implementing e-recruitment
Liaising with our e-recruitment provider to provide timely and accurate information on CLIC Sargent’s requirements at each stage of the project
Working with the Volunteering Team to map the recruitment process for volunteers
Assisting the HR Manager in developing a training module for line managers on e-recruitment
What skills/experience do I need?
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident in the use of Microsoft Office, including Excel
Enjoy working as part of a team
Effective online research skills
