Drayton Manor Park, the Midlands premier family theme park is looking to recruit a Fast Food Restaurant Manager for a large high volume burger restaurant.
Our Restaurants are run by people who thrive off the theme park business. We are looking for leadership at every level, as an FFRM you will be responsible for supporting the Catering Manager and leading a team of up to 25 in a fast paced, high volume burger restaurant. This is a hands on role where no two days are the same. Role involves day shifts only.
At Drayton we understand that our Managers are the at the core of the business and expect them to train, motivate and drive their teams to deliver great customer service and strong sales growth.
The role will require energy, confidence, flexibility, problem solving and previous Management experience in a similar environment.
