Working as key players in our busy Sales Administration team the successful candidates will:
These are demanding roles and candidates will have to be capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Deal with customer orders via telephone and electronic media
- Be responsible for providing excellent product information
- Be able to deal with customer requests and enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Be capable of fast and accurate order entry
- Offer excellent customer service at all times
The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and telephone skills supported by fast and accurate keyboard capability. They will be organised and accurate in their work with previous administrative experience, they will be proficient in MS software packages including Word and Excel. Experience in a customer service role would be advantageous as would knowledge of SAP.
