Senior Private Equity Fund Administrator

" Undertakes new investment transaction related work, including review of tax structure paper, attendance on conference call discussions on structuring of investments, liaison with company secretarial team regarding establishment of holding companies, arranging capitalisation of holding companies, review of funds flows, liaison with lending banks in terms of facility utilisations, arranging drawdowns to repay facilities;
" Attendance at telephone Investment Committee and board meetings relating to the consideration of investments and minuting such meetings if required;
" Convening meetings of the Investment Advisory Committee and Investment Committees as required;
" Review of draft investment and fund closing documentation, including client due diligence (CDD) on new proposed limited partners and co-investors, including monitoring of responses;
" Routine correspondence with limited partners and co-investors;
" Daily monitoring of generic email inboxes and responding to email queries;
" Calculation of half yearly management profit share amounts to be drawndown and drafting of associated letters;
" Checking of amounts available for distribution periodically and drafting of associated distribution letters;
" Mailmerges such as drawdowns, distributions and miscellaneous mailings to limited partners and co-investment scheme members;
" Initially undertake and later review of administration work on transfers of limited partnership interests and co-investment scheme interests;
" Arrange a detailed review and execution of Confidentiality Agreements, Non Disclosure Agreements, Letters of Intent and other such deal support documentation;
" Liaison with lending banks regarding facility documentation and provision of conditions precedent documentation;
" Assist in training more junior members of staff;
" Other administration duties as required;
" Manage own workloads often within tight deadlines.

Key Attributes:
Good working knowledge of word and excel;
Desire to increase knowledge in area of private equity fund administration;
Willingness to be part of a team;
Interest in continuing professional qualifications (study support available);
Ability to self-manage workloads;
Advantageous - working knowledge of Investran.

Educational Qualifications required:
Educated to at least 'A' level standard;
Ideally the candidate will have commenced studying or will have obtained a professional qualification.

Previous Experience:
At least 4-5 years in private equity fund administration.
