The ideal candidate will have the following skills / traits:
Understanding of Broking business within the London market for 2 years
Ability to negotiate with Underwriters
Ability to liaise with clients and senior figures
Very keen to learn and develop
Fully conversant with MS Office packages
Would ideally have around 2 years experience broking in the London market and/or working within a Lloyds Syndicate
