Job Description –
Due to promotion from within the company, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior RMN to join an established multi-disciplined team of care staff within a private healthcare company based in East Sussex. This is a full time permanent position offering a “days only” shift pattern, based on a mix of long days (12 hours) and short days (6 hours). You will need to work every other weekend.
The service is a 48 bedded EMI service for older adults with mental disorders. Some of the client group can be demanding on occasion and there is always plenty going on within the home.
You will be responsible for the running of one floor (23 bed) and you will provide direction and support for the staff nurses. Experience of working in a care home or within an EMI service is desirable.

Person Specification –
Applicants must be RMN or RGN trained and qualified, holding a valid PIN. The client is really looking for someone who is enthusiastic, keen to learn and get stuck in and someone who is genuine and committed. The applicant must have good communication skills.
