This is a very exciting time to join Urban Outfitters as we look to expand and grow in Europe. Currently Urban Outfitters has 35 stores across the UK, Republic of Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Germany & Belgium and we will be looking for additional growth in Europe in the next 12 months. All of our internships are unpaid. However, we do offer our amazing discount 40% of regular priced apparel and accessories, and 25% of all regular priced home merchandise and we cover your travel costs for Zones 1 & 2. We also have regular employee appreciation periods where we get additional discounts off sale merchandise. - Main Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a passion for working within allocation & branch merchandising and will need strong analytical skills. The role is a general support role for the whole team and offers the opportunity for the right candidate to develop all the skills they require for a career in allocation, store planning or branch merchandising.
Job Description- To provide analytical and administrative support across the entire department.

Sound analytical skills.

Technical skill proficiency with Excel.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Run daily and weekly reports for the team which are distributed to all head office functions.
Help the allocators & branch merchandising team with store queries.
Create backstock reports and use these to assist the team in replenishing stock to stores.
Action transfer requests from retail stores and the website.
Action press stock-outs.
Carry out ad-hoc style and store analysis.
Attend store visits with the branch merchandising team.
