As a Barclays Customer Service Advisor, you'll provide outstanding service by simplifying processes that impact the customer experience. It'll be down to you to resolve queries from debit card customers, providing excellent customer service and making sure that customer relationships are developed at every opportunity. In return, you can count on a great working environment with innovative training courses to support your development, and a chance to join an area of the business that's growing at a rapid pace and that offers great potential for development.
What you'll give our customers as a Customer Service Advisor You'll field incoming calls from customers, giving clear information and advice while resolving complaints in a way that's beneficial to us and the customer whenever possible. In addition, you'll take charge of your own personal development plan and promote a positive approach to change.
What you'll get in return
Help our customers get the best that Barclays has to offer, and you'll get the same in return. We're not just talking about valuable benefits like great bonus potential, private healthcare, childcare savings, and a huge range of employee discounts. You'll also enjoy a unique company spirit that believes in giving people the freedom to do a great job today, and the support to reach their biggest ambitions in the future.
What you'll need as a Customer Service Advisor The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need a working knowledge of debit card products and services and an awareness of awareness of legislation affecting the bank. Outstanding communication skills are a must, and we'll also need to see a high level of PC literacy.
