As a Barclays Customer Service Advisor, you'll provide outstanding service by simplifying processes that impact the customer experience. It'll be down to you to resolve queries from debit card customers, providing excellent customer service and making sure that customer relationships are developed at every opportunity. What you'll give our customers as a Customer Service Advisor You'll field incoming calls from customers, giving clear information and advice while resolving complaints in a way that's beneficial to us and the customer whenever possible. In addition, you'll take charge of your own personal development plan and promote a positive approach to change.

What you'll need as a Customer Service Advisor The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need a working knowledge of debit card products and services and an awareness of awareness of legislation affecting the bank. Outstanding communication skills are a must, and we'll also need to see a high level of PC literacy.
All individuals who are on the Call Centre Perm Contract will start to receive additional payments, as set out below:
· Monday to Saturday 7am to 8am and 8pm until 11pm (15% premium of an individual's standard hourly rate for each hour worked) · Work outside core hours on Sundays from 7am to 10am and from 4pm until 11pm (supplement of 50% of the individual's standard hourly rate)
