The role:
Focus DIY has an exciting opportunity for a bright enthusiastic and experienced General Store Manager. You will lead a team in a fast - paced, varied and rewarding environment and have full accountability for Product, People and Process. By working closely with your team you will be able to make a real difference to our customers shopping experience, helping our business to realise its future potential!
Your responsibilities: Product:
Maintaining high merchandising standards and ensuring product availability, you will help turn our customers plans into reality.
People:
By coaching and supporting your team, you will maximise their potential allowing them to deliver first class service to our customers.
Process:
Using the tools available will allow you to offer our customers the best retail standards in the market - exceeding their expectations.
Essential Criteria:
Experience of running a single site retail unit.
Ability to lead a team.
Ability to work flexibly and under pressure.
Driven and highly determined to succeed.
A full driving licence and flexibility to work within an hours distance from your home.
Desirable Criteria:
Experience of working with Microsoft Word and Excel
