Johnson Controls has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Facilities manager (Technical & FM Projects Manager, NSN) to join their team based in Swindon.

The Role of the Senior Facilities manager (Technical & FM Projects Manager, NSN):

Ensure zero critical incidents relating to Business downtime or interruptions through the proactive management of Critical Environment Systems
Manage the Regulatory compliance framework ensuring critical compliance maintenance is in place and being completed.
Self delivery assessment - review of suppliers and value added
Supplier management - Supply chain development (Technical services suppliers)
PPM & CMMS outline strategy & delivery
Energy planning & delivery
Best practise Engineering systems and procedures
Owns and supports the NSN Capex budget preparation
Finance budget tracking
Compilation and collection of Fixed Asset Database
Create and introduce engineering systems auditing/monitoring process.
To reach out to internal NSN technical support teams and preferred contractors or agencies as necessary to support larger projects where additional resources or specialist support is required.
Create and deliver a continuous improvement platform supporting key training delivery on technical or maintenance items, including the generation and tracking to completion of the Root Cause analysis process.
Owns management of the appropriate MI system including e-room information and KPI data collation
Manages, where appropriate, small construction projects including small refurbishments, small construction, churn and change, furniture and building services improvements (FM Projects)
Drive continuous improvement
Drive technical cost savings including energy, value engineering, cost avoidance, maintenance optimization - tracks progress against commitments
Coordinate and manage Utility consumption data
Act as Account manager's (EMEA) deputy as and when required
Based in Swindon as the most senior person on-site
