General Assistant is required to work 5 hours per week
Must be flexible and willing to do overtime to cover any holiday or sickness
Purpose of the Role
To work effectively as part of a Team by adhering to all Company procedures and standards whilst maintaining a cheerful disposition.
To deliver excellent service to all Customers by demonstrating a willingness to achieve targets and help in all areas of Branch operation.
Become knowledgeable and understanding of all services, products and processes.
Assist customers by offering friendly, polite help and advice on all our services and products.
Achieve all sales targets as agreed with the Branch Manager.
Ensure that all Company standards and procedures are adhered to.
Work as part of the Team to ensure all Company standards and goals are achieved.
Adhere to and ensure consistent quality processes in all aspects of the Branch operation.
Ensure the security of all Company and customers property and money by adhering to all set procedures.
Assist with maintaining the workplace to a high standard of cleanliness.
Present a smart, tidy and professional image to all customers.
To be an outstanding role model and ambassador for JCUK.
