Role
  • Support Senior HR Partner & HR visitors – step-in to minute ER meetings if needed, scanning & other administration (presentation printing, order lunches etc.)
  • Maintain the 2 HR databases with up-to-date changes of employee details
  • Prepare, submit and approve monthly payroll (monthly pay and benefit changes)
  • Manage payroll queries between associates and TR
  • Review monthly EMEA comp report (compare it against Workday report)
  • Supply auditors with their requests (every Dec/January)
  • Prepare, send and track employee offer documentation
  • Ownership of background checks for new hires (including closing them down in HRIS)
  • Prepare Induction plans for new hires & carry out HR Induction meeting
  • Prepare and send employee leaver documentation
  • Prepare, send and track reference requests for prospective employees/ ex-employees
  • Administer changes to employee personal details
  • All Benefits Administration; where applicable liaising with TR to ensure benefit knowledge is up to date
  • Scan and save employee documentation
  • Ownership of maintaining the UK Employee Handbook
  • Ownership of maintaining Employee Central EMEA
  • Email communications to EMEA offices (benefit changes/holiday & sickness logging reminders/ benefit renewal)
  • Attend HR specific forums
  • HRSP filing
  • Liaise with Senior Administrator regarding new hires, employee’s returning to work from leave and desk moves
  • Travel booking for HRSP
Experience/skills
  • Proven HR Administration experience (preferred)
  • existing knowledge of HR systems such as Workday and Ceridian (preferred)
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Demonstrable prior experience in making improvements to administrative work processes and procedures
  • Highly ‘customer orientated’
  • Good eye for detail
  • Must be able to demonstrate proactive working within a busy multitasking environment
