Hours of work: You will be expected to work 39 hours per week with work patterns scheduled in advance. Store opening hours vary by location but generally cover 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm Sunday and Bank holidays. You will have flexibility to manage your diary to meet with customers in store or off site.

You’ll identify and recommend products and create innovative designs that will help them achieve their aspirations, guaranteeing the sale by attending to every detail and placing customer satisfaction as your priority
To us, it's not a big deal if you haven't worked in this industry or type of role before - infact some of our highest earners were previously teachers, in financial services and return to work Mums. What matters is that you've bags of enthusiasm and energy with a passion to stretch yourself to achieve targets and deliver sales through service. You’ll be someone who is willing to learn and is truly excited by the opportunities that lie in wait. It's also important that you hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
In return we’ll supply industry-leading training in kitchen and bathroom design and customer sales skills, achievable on target earnings with uncapped commission potential and a base salary of £16,304. Our exceptional package also includes incentive schemes, 25 days holiday, contributory pension, life assurance, and access to a great range of salary exchange schemes and Group discounts.
