What would you be doing?
The service we provide to our customers is really important to us and we strive to deliver that in an upbeat and professional style. You'll be working as part of our sales team cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers over the phone. This is not a cold calling role; it's a role where you'll talk to our customers, gain better understanding of their unique needs and identify how else we can help them. Of course it's a challenging sales role that not everyone is suitable for, but if you have the drive to be successful we'll support you getting there.
Our longest serving and most successful people come from all kinds of backgrounds, there's no one type of person we look for. To be a great Contact Centre Sales Representative here you'll like people, enjoy building rapport with them and want to build a career out of these strong communication skills. We'll help you develop new sales and customer service skills and build on those already gained.
