To support the Office People Plan creating a great place to work which improves peoples loyalty to our business. I deliver the people processes and coach managers to improve capability to deliver every little helps for customers, staff and operations.

Talent Planning is alive in the Office and we are Spoilt for Choice
I coach managers to improve the capability of Managers in the Office
I help the Office meet its targets for People Key Performance Indicators
The Office has an active Viewpoint plan in place
I provide people insight which can help the Office make decisions on risks or opportunities
I support our staff to attend work and recognise full attendance
I am flexible and fair in dealing with short term and prolonged absence and prompt in dealing with unacceptable absence
I use feedback from exit interviews to address issues and reduce staff turnover

30% of my time coaching managers to consistently deliver the people processes in the operating model
20% of my time building managers capability through performance, talent and Options
20% of my time coaching managers to solve problems at work and listening to our staff
20% of my time implementing and embedding change to deliver the Office People Plan
10% of my time managing data and analysis
