Up to £16k DOE, OTE £25k + uncapped
We are currently recruiting for B2B Telesales Executives for our very well known, national client who are now looking to expand their new business sales & account management team within their Livingston office.
Applicants must have a proven new business telesales background and be looking for a long term opportunity with a business who can also offer them the chance to progress within the company once proven with them. Candidates with a relevant background in telecoms sales would be of interest, although this experience is by no means essential.
Along with your starting basic salary of up to £16,000 (depending on experience & interview) you will also be able to earn additional commission, with an OTE of £25,000 available which is also uncapped. You must be a highly target-driven and money-hungry individual, a solution led sales person who does not rely on price to sell. You must be very enthusiastic and extremely new business focussed.
Making outbound sales calls to potential business clients from a supplied database
Develop long term, profitable relationships with potential clients
Arranging further discussions to be held face-to-face by external staff for possible sales of a very high value that are normally difficult sales to close over the phone
Achieve set sales targets & other KPI`s
To sell the full range of company portfolio products – typically telecoms products such as broadband, calls, lines, mobile handsets, etc.
