This varied role will involve managing a portfolio of residential developments across the West of Scotland including new build flats, tenements and houses from their Glasgow offices. Duties to include responding by telephone, email and letter to owners regarding common area issues e.g gardens, stairwells, lifts etc arranging repairs where required.Conducting inspections,meeting and liaising with owners associations, proactively handling problems and building good relations with property owners.You should have excellent communication skills, experience in a similar role and good admin abilities.
