Fantastic opportunity to move into property with a large Factoring company. This client focussed role will involve working in a busy team co-ordinating repairs, maintenance, project work on residential property developments across the Scotland. Based from a professional office environment your key duties will include: Responding to calls, emails letters from property owners, Liaising with contractors to arrange maintenance works, Updating clients, Dealing with queries on accounts, Managing insurance claims. Must have experience of liaising with clients in a professional environment, providing good customer service, working in a team and communicating in an articulate manner. We are keen to speak to candidates who have a genuine interest in a career within property, are well spoken and of smart appearance. Driving licence required.
