Insurer Development Manager – Partnership Development
An opportunity has arisen for a Manager to work within the Panel & Product Development (PPD) team. This important role requires an incumbent who is highly organised and skilled in developing and managing key business relationships. The successful candidate will combine knowledge and experience of personal lines insurance with outstanding commercial acumen.

The Role:
- To take responsibility for the ‘ownership’ of a portfolio of Insurer accounts. ‘Ownership’ to include development of Insurer account to support PPD’s vision and to achieve departmental and group strategic objectives.
- Ensuring the delivery of ‘best in class’ relationship management
- Establish positive key internal stakeholder relationships providing information for regular forums, as appropriate i.e. market news, developments and best practice
- To provide leadership, direction and support to members of the Insurer Development team in relation to development of Insurer accounts
- Set and agree annual Joint Business Plans with Insurer portfolio that reflect the BGL growth strategy and the desired customer footprint in the Group’s chosen markets
- Introduce new products and commercial opportunities to BGL
You must be able to demonstrate:
