We are currently looking to recruit a Fleet Administrator who will be responsible for supporting a busy fleet sales team in the administration and co-ordination of the department.
This key role will be tasked with:
Liaising with customers and internal departments
Placing orders and tracking their progress
Organising, prioritising and meeting tight deadlines
Some cold calling
Dealing with proposals, administration and quotes
For this position interpersonal, organisational and customer service skills are essential, and whilst knowledge of Fleet environment would be beneficial, enthusiasm and the determination to succeed are more important than previous fleet sales experience.
The person we are looking for will have a confident outgoing personality and have excellent communication skills to successfully liaise with people at all levels, both internally and externally. They must be computer literate, preferably with experience of Pinnacle but this is not essential.

In 1968, we took the Honda franchise and called ourselves Newton Honda, and within two years became the largest Honda Parts stockist in the UK.
In 1989, the company moved its main premises to West Croydon, where we won the Honda Dealer of the Year award in recognition of our achievements in both sales and in customer care. Newton Honda is the only London dealer ever to win this award.
We moved to our current location in South Croydon in 2005.
