Our client are currently looking for a CRM Specialist to join the
team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will drive
users adoption on CRM platforms and also in those to be rolled out.
You will also be responsible for supporting central and local
channel CRM users and assessing relevant business needs and
leveraging the channel CRM platforms accordingly in order to make
the sales force as effective and efficient as possible.

Key Accountabilities: -

Provide functional support to the central and local MS Dynamics CRM
users

Liaising with IT to facilitate issues and enhancements
management.

Data management.

Creating and Delivering Solutions:
Experience

MS Dynamics for SFA as super user, ideally in a Pan-European
environment.

CRM implementation and support to business users.

MS access and excel good knowledge

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Salary: - £40,000 plus bonus
