9 month fixed term contract This is an excellent opportunity to join the UK's leading Home Improvement Retailer working within the Finance function as a Supplier Accounts Administrator About the role * Investigating reasons for invoices not matching automatically and ensuring that auto-match rates exceed 95% for each Vendor. * Liasing with vendors to manage their accounts efficiently including resolving all queries and issues raised. * Responsibility for maintaining successful client account relationships. * Communicating with B&Q stores to resolve store charging queries and issues. * Making decisions on the validity of vendor charges based on proof of delivery information provided. * Responsible for monitoring vendor accounts and taking action to prevent debit balances where possible. About you * Good analytical/problem solving skills. * Effective communication and inter-personal skills. * Confidence to liase with external parties at all levels. * Numerate and PC literate. * Ability to prioritise own work. * A strong team player with drive and self-motivation. AAT studier preferred but not essential. About us
