Our client is a leading healthcare organisation that provide care and support for older people through a national network of residential care homes, nursing homes and sheltered housing. Their newy established service is 110 beds and provides care for residential dementia, nursing and YPD client groups in seperate units and requires a highly experienced nurse manager to drive this flagship scheme forward.

We require a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join our forward thinking team. Ideally, you will have experience of managing people at a senior level, an ability to form positive relationships with people and a sound understanding of the role that spiritual, emotional and physical health play in the well being of a person. Above all, you will have a passionate desire to enhance the quality of life for older people.

The role is full time, 37.5 hours per week, a per annum performance related bonus, company pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, sickness benefit and several incentives which are unique to the organisation. You will need to be RMA/RGN qualified with a minimum of two years management experience in a similar environment.
