Financial Services Organisation in Belfast is seeking to recruit a Senior In-House Property Lawyer.

This role is required to assist the Head of Group Legal in discharging the legal function and to support with the necessary expertise the strategic influence of legal strategy throughout the Bank. In particular, to effectively address the ongoing legal requirements in servicing the Bank's NAMA loan portfolio in line with both NAMA and the Bank's objectives. You will provide UK and Irish legal advice and general strategic assistance to the Bank's NAMA Unit in respect of any and all queries arising in connection with the Bank's NAMA loan portfolio, and in particular, advising on commercial property and related finance and security issues.
