Basic up to £45,000 + Car Allowance + up to 40% Bonus + Benefits package Role Overview: Reporting to the Director of Revenue, the primary aim of this role is to provide strategic direction and commercial challenge to the Area Revenue Team. Key focus will be on delivering a RevPAR growth with an aim to over deliver planned revenue and profitability targets and gain competitive advantage. A primary part of this role it to provide daily leadership, coaching, mentoring and support to the Area Team.
Key Responsibilities Lead the weekly Trading Review with the Area Team Assist in the creation of a budgeted segment plan for Key hotels to deliver hotel contribution targets. Support the Revenue Manager with the creation and implementation of the revenue management strategies within the Area. Accountability for Revenue performance within the area. Review, and critique, the annual budgets Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for Revenue and yield Managers. Review the Revenue Managers weekly rolling forecasts per hotel / area, critique commentary and sign off action plan. Identify underperforming periods and develop appropriate strategies in conjunction with Sales and Marketing. Conduct daily team briefings to identify price opportunities for the next 90 days. Analyse past trading to understand trends in business performance. Assist in development of commercial strategies for Key Hotels in conjunction with Sales and Marketing. Provide weekly analysis and reporting as required Identify opportunities to grow ancillary revenues (future scope)
Key Skills / Experience · Excellent commercial drive and acumen

- Experience in developing and delivering Forecast and Budgets
- Strong Excel skills
- 2-3 Years Experience in Revenue Management, ideally in a cluster role
- Experience of Micros Opera and IDeaS RMS a definite advantage
