We are actively looking for an experienced Organisational Development professional for an exciting job covering the Europe Region for a well know, reputable employer within the Oil and Gas industry.

This role is a great opportunity to focus and develop the organisations Talent Management started across the region, utilising development, performance management, coaching and conducting 360 assessments.

You will have strong relationship management skills, working closely with the senior management team on rolling out an effective talent management strategy. With experience of designing, developing and delivering learning programs ideally both in the UK and across Europe, you will be expert in driving the management team into a culture where developing talent is a priority.
