This school is looking for an outstanding candidate to work with small social groups and take on the responsibility of 1-1 pupils support.
The school is very pleased with their last Ofsted report which rated them “Good with Outstanding features” and applauded them for their great achievements across the school.
As a Learning Support Assistant you will help the teacher in class by supporting pupils with a wide range of severe learning, physical or behaviour difficulties. You will need to be confident and comfortable working with challenging pupils. In turn you will receive support from the SENCO and other members of SEN support team.
The head teacher is looking to interview immediately for an exceptional graduate who is dedicated and committed to giving students 100%. This is not an easy position and requires someone that is very patient and passionate and wants to work with children with learning difficulties.
