This estate agency, specialising in Lettings & Management, is looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager for their Guildford office. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of c. 120 fully managed properties. You will need to have a proven track record in this field, be well organised and be a good administrator.

Part of our client’s philosophy is to ensure they reward staff appropriately and they offer competitive salaries along with a number of innovative and exciting incentive schemes. ARLA Level 1 is preferred though not essential as full training will be provided in this field. This opportunity will come with a basic salary of £22,000-24,000 depending on the ability and experience of the individual.
