Problem Manager required with SC security clearance for leading services provider

The role will be responsible for: - Driving root cause analysis.

Co-ordinating Problem Investigation across support units.

Ensuring high quality problem closure reports are produced detailing root cause and action plan to permanent fix.

Increase the focus on problem resolution within the account and secure commitment to resource problem investigations.

Team Management / staff development / resource co-ordination.

Provide Problem Managements feeds in to service reporting and trend analysis.

Escalation point for problem management issues Presentation of technical investigations to the customer.

Job purpose & accountabilities:
