Salary: £16,000 - £ 25,000 pa dependent on experience + bonus

Due to our success, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic, ambitious team based in Solihull, West Midlands. The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for providing full support to the Business Development Managers and a number of their own key customer accounts.
Sales Support Administrator - Role and Responsibilities;
Maintain relationships at all levels and be the primary contact for all commercial, technical, financial and service related questions, requirements or issues
Assist with new customers orders, liaising with the internal provisioning and project teams and chasing updates when required to ensure a good level of 'post-sales support'
Liaise internally with the design and engineering teams to ensure your product and technical understanding is constantly improving making your advice more accurate and progressing your career.
Provide full support to the Business Development Managers (BDM's) and a number of their own key customer accounts.
Provide their customers with a dedicated point of contact whilst providing proactive and reactive support to the existing BDM's and BDE's
Sales Support Administrator - Person Specification:
You will demonstrate Sales experience ideally within the Telecommunications or similar industry ( Computer systems, LAN, WAN or IP Networking technologies)
Provide accurate quotations within SLA to customers using supplier pricing portals or via email where required.
Proven sales ability as well as strong verbal and written communications skills
Experience of using different IT systems Microsoft. Sales force experience would be a distinct advantage.
Be self-motivated , organised, methodical with exceptional attention to detail and strong presentation skills.
