As Kitchen Manager you will be expected to manage and motivate a team of 10 – 15 staff within this well established restaurant. Fully responsible for all aspects of running a busy kitchen and reporting to the restaurant General Manager, your duties will include:
Controlling your own food stocks
Employing and developing your own team
Ensuring all company policies and procedures are being adhered to at all times
Accurate record keeping, stock rotation and food labelling
With the ability to motivate your team to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality, the candidate will be able to work well under pressure and always have an uncompromising attitude towards procedure, quality and cleanliness
