SB Energy are a leading UK consultancy helping organisations reduce their energy costs.
We work predominantly in the education sector, providing energy procurement and associated energy management services.
We have recently moved into state of the art offices in Manchester city centre and are now seeking to bring in a consultant to target and win new business.
This exciting opportunity presents a varied role with a 360 degree sales cycle. Whilst we adopt a consultative sales approach and most of our leads are 'warm', you will also be required to cold call potential clients on a regular basis to introduce our company and the services we offer.
In addition to telesales, you may also be required to attend sales appointments when necessary, compose emails to send to both potential and existing clients, update our CRM system and other duties in line with your role.
We are looking for an articulate individual with an excellent telephone manner, a proven track record of success in B2B telesales, who is IT literate. Ideally you will also have experience within the energy/utilities sector. Someone who has worked for a utility broker or energy supplier (business gas and electricity) would be desirable. Most important though, is your ability to win new business, most of which will be over the telephone.
