Key Responsibilities for the role
Respond to all incidents, escalating as appropriate. Timely reporting of events/accidents to Line Manager. Initiate all Out of Hours incident investigations to ensure timely capture of all relevant facts onto the IAP database.
Manage timely provision of all bulk chemicals e.g. polymer, hypochlorite, peracetic acid, diesel and ferric.
Day-to-day process optimisation to optimise chemical and power consumption and triad opportunities.Monitor and forecast chemical and power consumption for budget holders monthly budget review

24/7 Health & Safety Process area responsibility - ensure all are aware of new issues as they arise, ensure all issues are logged and actioned. Provide immediate mitigation of H&S risks as appropriate.Housekeeping in all areas to be monitored and improvements implemented where necessary.
Administration of operational IMS procedures e.g. planned maintenance, odour event and customer complaints response.
