Our client is one of the world's biggest banks, with more branches worldwide than any other international bank and they are now seeking a Regional Manager Banc-assurance to cover Kings Lynn to Lincoln.

Working across a range of branches (circa 10 – 20), you'll lead and motivate your sales teams to achieve performance targets. Specifically, this will involve working with Financial Advisors and Financial Planning Managers to ensure that customer needs are met, effective relationships are built, positive change is embraced and quality standards are maintained.

You must be a persuasive communicator, confident and have an enthusiasm that will get the most and best out of your team. You must be highly sales focused and have great understanding of banking product. With a proven track record in people management and has a track record of achieving sales is the way forward to being successful in this role.

You should hold CeFA/FPC or equivalent and be prepared to study for IMC/AFPC or equivalent. We are looking for top performing sales managers from a Banc-assurance background to apply.

The salary range is £45,000 - £60,000 depending on skills, experience and knowledge plus bonus OTE £75,000 and benefits including car allowance
