To provide training, development, coaching and support to Line Managers to develop their capability resulting in improved performance for the individual, their team and the business.
To lead, coach and mentor the Training Team and ensure this resource is appropriately deployed across the business, is efficient and adds value
To create and implement an annual Training Plan, working closely with relevant internal customers.
To develop new, or improve current, training processes, systems and courses to meet the changing needs of the business. In addition participate in operational and cross functional projects and manage the development of the training requirement and people capability to ensure that all training needs are addressed and project implementation is effective
To establish, implement, report on and manage training KPI’s, audit and evaluation processes to ensure all training activities meet/exceed Business, BRC and customer codes of practice.
To ensure that all Health and Safety, Food Safety & Hygiene procedures are followed and supported with effective training.
To ensure effective cost control and adherence to agreed targets
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role within FMCG and have at least 3 years experience in a training role.
You would be responsible for 7 trainers across the business and would manage this department therefore previous managerial experience would be key. reed.co.uk - 12 months ago
