Receptionist required for this privately owned luxury Georgian country hotel in Essex. The Hotel has 30 bedrooms and has been awarded an AA Rosette for their Restaurant. The hotel is looking for a Receptionist who has a stable background and a Receptionist who is looking for a hand’s on Reception role. The hotel is an elegant period building with many original features with cosy lounges and open fires. The hotel has over 30 individually designed bedrooms, all furnished to the highest standard with beautiful views over their landscaped gardens. The hotel attracts both leisure and corporate guests and is also a popular wedding venue due to the features of this hotel.
As Receptionist you will have previous hotel receptionist experience, you will be involved with all day-to-day reception duties and will ensure a smooth running reception desk at all times, dealing with guest queries and requests efficiently. You must provide first class customer service and should be highly organised with good communication skills, both face to face and over the phone. It is also important you are a good team player, as well as able to work on your own initiative when necessary.
