Assistant Workshop Controller
Criteria
Practical knowledge of modern diagnostic equipment/techniques.
Ability to work in a busy environment.
A high degree of computer literacy is essential (An understanding of Kerridge is preferable).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail skills
Full, valid driving licence.
Demonstrate a strong interest in motor vehicles.
Role Purpose
This role is to provide valuable support to the Workshop Controller and deputise in his absence. Duties include quality checks of job cards and vehicles both prior to and after work has commenced. To ensure accurate administration, loading, credit checking, available workshop hours of job cards prior to customer arrival. To effectively use, & load into the EVC system. To work towards pre determined first time fix, customer satisfaction and labour sales targets.
