We provide clients with a comprehensive range of engineering and environmental services, along with strategic consulting advice for new projects and asset management, rationalisation programmes, transactions, social, environmental and economic risk, through to operation and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure.

We are recruiting for a part-time Receptionist to perform a range of duties including:

• Answering phone/taking and distributing messages
• Providing secretarial support to the Engineering and Environment teams when required
• Supporting office manager
• Booking car hire, travel and accommodation
• Set up and arrange meetings as required
• Providing teas and coffees for meetings when required
• Arranging lunches for meetings
• Opening and distributing incoming mail on a daily basis
• Organising and franking the outgoing mail on a daily basis
• Typing of letters, reports, memos, minutes
• Ordering office supplies
• Ensure all photocopiers and printers are fully stocked
• Checking and maintaining toners and other consumables for the photocopiers and printers
• Ensure faxes are distributed appropriately and in a timely manner
• Arranging couriers
• Binding documents and reports
• Photocopying and scanning as and when required

This position is working 09:-17:30 every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
