JOB TITLE: Aftermarket Manager
SELLING: Bus, Coach & Commercial vehicle repair and aftermarket services and parts
SELLING TO: Fleet, Transport
TERRITORY: Leicester, Loughborough, Nottingham, Derby
LOCATION: You must live within a 30minutes of the defined area
PACKAGE: £40-45k Basic + OTE, car, pension, mobile, private health, holiday and other benefits

Role Information
- As part of the management team for the bus, coach & commercial vehicle repair, parts and aftermarket services team, you will be responsible for the running of the location, staff, customer relationship management, operations and business development.
- With a workshop controller managing the day to day operations the main focus of the role is to look at the full P&L of this busy location.
- Your time will be a complete split between business development, management, operations & leadership of the team.
- This role will be both site and field based.
Person:
- Any experience within the Bus, Coach or commercial vehicle aftermarket will be considered.
- You must have strong management skills and be able to demonstrate where you have managed a team of people
- Any general management experience within the plant, construction or capital equipment market will be considered.
- You will also be considered if you have a transport or operations background within the fleet, logistics or transport industry
