The Role – Graduate Field Sales Representative
The role will be largely focused upon external field sales, and in
this industry the role is ideal for more experienced candidates.
The company are pro-actively seeking hungry and driven graduates
looking to work their way up within the company and have a
successful career in sales.
You will be given the opportunity to learn about then whole
business by spending time in all departments, before moving into a
combined customer service and internal sales role to learn the
products and greater detail about the business. There is strong
potential for successful candidates to move into management or
regional sales or product management, and there may also be
movement within the UK or even internationally after you develop
your skills.

Progression - External sales people will command the whole sales
process and be very well remunerated as well.

ongoing so that you are constantly learning.
Pareto Law Training – 13 days more than normal over the first year.

following criteria:
- Essential - Educated to degree level
- Essential - Excellent verbal and written communication
skills
- Drive and ambition with the desire to succeed
- Experience in sales (B2C or B2B) or in customer service is
preferable
- Professional and mature attitude
- Personable with excellent interpersonal skills
- A strong commercial awareness
- Strong organisational skills
- IT Literate
- Full, preferably clean, UK driving license required.
