Duration: 12 months (subject to business requirements)
Location: Isaac Agnew (Volkswagen); 1 Boucher Road, Belfast, BT12 6RE.
Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm; Monday - Friday
Salary: £14,000 - £16,000 (Depending on Skills and Experience)
Reporting To: Management Accountant
Criteria:
Minimum of 1 year's experience in a busy accounts office.
Experience of processing accounting transactions is essential.
IT Skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Practical and working knowledge of spreadsheets is essential.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Role Purpose:
To support all aspects of accounting within the Company. This will include processing consignment notes, vehicle purchase invoices, vehicle sales invoices, bank reconciliations, bank payments and allocations and vehicle debt control. The role will also require close co-operation with the sales admin team.
