Duties include:

·         Assist in design, development and implementation of an approved business project
·         Assist in the technical specification documentation
·         Participate in client and multi-vendor engagement for integration, testing and implementation activities
·         Participate in mentoring and quality review activities.

The Senior Oracle Designer/ Developer will posses significant proven skills in the following:

·        Oracle BPEL Process Manager
·        BPM Oracle
·        Java
·        Oracle database up to 11G
·        Oracle SOA Suite
·        Oracle developer tools
·        Strong SQL and PL/SQL coding skills
·        Oracle SSO and Oracle Portal
·        Project workstream delivery
·        Technical specification and documentation
·        Requirements gathering
·        Technical leadership

In addition to the above listed essential attributes, the following would be desirable:

·         Water utility experience
·         Oracle BI Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
