Reputable niche city centre practice is looking for a competent and organised Secretarial Co-ordinator to join their busy team in Manchester City Centre. Supporting the Partners and supervising a team of secretaries, you should have solid experience of working within a large professional organisation, experience of successfully leading or managing a team of people and a good understanding of technology.
Management of the Manchester office ensuring it runs smoothly by supporting the HR Manager in the management of Manchester Business and support staff
Supporting the Facilities Manager by coordinating all office facilities
Supporting the Manchester office NSL’s and Partners undertaking specific responsibilities
To act as the Co-ordinator of the secretarial staff ensuring quality of service and smooth operation including;
Take responsibility for your own workload and complete within agreed timelines including; production of presentations and in-house documents, compilation of document bundles, filling and archiving, handling correspondence including e-mails
To support all other business support areas i.e. Finance, Marketing and IT that are not currently on site at the Manchester office including; liaising with department Managers on other sites, negotiating and outsourcing contractors, assisting with and co-ordinating office moves/refurbishments.
