HR Business Partner
Location:Regional - South Essex, East London, Hertfordshire and Harrow
Salary:c£40,000 + car allowance

Exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner with significant experience dealing with the mobilisation of TUPE staff and previous working relationships with Unions.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all Human Resources activities are managed effectively and in accordance with company policies and procedure and be responsible for working with the business to deliver training plans.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the management team on the structure of the contracts
- Advising and assisting on redundancy situations
- Managing the recruitment process
- Advising and assisting in grievance and disciplinary matters
- To agree and improve delivery of training plans
- Resolving any long term sick issues
Successful candidates will be CIPD qualified with a rounded generalist background ideally gained in a construction, industrial or facilities environment.
This is a 'multi-sited' position and will involve regular travel, so a home base of South Essex, East London, Hertfordshire or Harrow would be ideal.
