The Place:
We are currently looking to recruit a Unit Manager for an
established community driven local bar in the West Lothian area.
This is a great opportunity to develop your skills with a wet led
operation and develop a business within the local community.

The Job:
This is a challenging role both operationally and commercially,
and will involve the day to day management of the property,
reporting directly to the owner. This is a hands-on role, and as
Unit Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the
business. As well as significant operational management you will be
tasked with marketing and promotions, stock control, team training,
operational standards audits, staff recruitment &
retention.

The Person:
You will have previous management experience within a similar
type of bar/club venue environment, either as a Deputy Manager or
in the role of Unit Manager itself. You will need to be able to
demonstrate a good understanding of P&L control, with proven
experience of delivering on target stock results. As mentioned,
this role is a big challenge and the right candidate must have the
passion and hunger to take the business forward on all
fronts!!!

The Rewards:
For Unit Manager a competitive salary of £18,000 to £20,000 +
