Their Cambridge store are currently recruiting for an experience retail supervisor to join their growing team. Based in store your responsibilities will be to motivate and manage a team of sales executives to hit individual and store targets as well as be a strong seller yourself earning great commission!!

In addition to experience you will…

• be well-spoken, well-presented and confident in selling
• Work well under pressure in a boutique selling environment with a high emphasis on individual customer service and personal shopping.
• manage a team and motivate them to hit store targets and push company image.
• be a strong team player as well as being able to meet targets as an individual.
• be able to build long-lasting relationships with all customers
• be target-driven and have a clear understanding of working towards KPI's
• be motivated and obtain strong communication skills

In return, the company offers a fantastic salary of up to £18,000 per annum with an EXCELLENT BONUS SCHEME
