With an excellent understanding of Hydrocolloids, you will have a strong background in developing and applying new technologies. Using your expert knowledge and credible ideas, you will work closely with product and process development colleagues to ensure that the science being developed in Key projects meets business needs and supports innovation and improvement activities within Kraft Foods.
You will drive recommendations that will shape the business around you, by delivering world-class scientific understanding in food ingredient functionality for hydrocolloids in order to facilitate subsequent delivery of innovations and improvements to the Kraft Foods business.
Qualifications

Foods gained either
from academia or a CPG environment

An
MS
or PHD in a scientific discipline
•
