Flame Health Optometry are working with a well established local Domiciliary Opticians and Audiologists who have been operating since 1995. The company is looking for Optometrists to join them as Franchise partners in the South Wales area, with a view that they develop new regions for them.

They are a family run business whose mission is to provide a personal and professional locally based service. For the past 15 years they have been successfully providing their services to individuals and care homes in the south and south-east. They pride themselves on offering prompt and responsive service be it for eye examinations, hearing tests, repairs or adjustment of spectacles and hearing aids. Their aim is to recruit highly professional and ethical Optometrists who are self motivated.

This would be a great opportunity for either an Optometrist who is currently working in the community, but is frustrated by the restrictions that a larger company puts on them, or an Optometrist who is new to community Optometry. You must relish the chance of running your own business and reaping the rewards that come with that, but will have all the benefits of the systems that the parent company will offer you. These include, for example, their paperless practice system, on going training and support, in house glazing and frame stock procurement.
